Shipping
Special Client ships all cards and gifts through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• First-Class Mail: Shipping is included in the price of all products shipped by Special Client.com.
Products shipped via First-Class mail via USPS are normally delivered within 1 to 3 business days after shipment.
Refund Policy
All sales are final once a card or gift has been shipped. If you find that an inaccurate or damaged
card or gift was sent to your client you may contact Special Client customer service at 1-866-672-9825
to resolve the situation. If an inaccurate or damaged card or gift has been shipped you will be eligible
to have the correct card or gift resent to your customer at no cost or you may receive a full refund
equalling the cost of each inaccurate or damaged item. You may be asked to provide proof of the damaged
or inaccurate card or gift.
Description of Services
Special Client.com ships cards and gifts on behalf of our customers. Customers simply indicate what
items from our catalog they wish to be sent to specific recipients and when and Special Client.com
takes care of the rest. Cards are produced according to our customers specifications including the ability
to add custom messages. Items shipped to recipients appear as if they came from the Special Client customer
who ordered them shipped including our customers' return address, a hand stamped envelope and the option to
add their actual signature to a card. Our customers receive notice before and after items ship to their
designated recipients. In sum, Special Client makes it easier for our customers to stay in consistent
contact with their clients, family and friends.
